The work of Wendy Labrum is defined by her discerning eye and her instinct for what makes a room come alive. These spaces honor architecture and proportion, celebrate fine furnishings and collectible antiques, and never take themselves too seriously. A WLI home prioritizes considered details and beautiful materiality — elements that exude refinement and grace — alongside immersive palettes and inviting furnishings, altogether embracing the warmth of everyday life.

meet wendy

Connecticut-born and New York-raised, it was the years thereafter — many in Chicago, a few in Europe — that shaped Wendy's perspective as an interior designer. Educated in and passionate about art and architecture, it was a family member's renovation that provided the confirmation design was where she belonged. She founded WLI shortly after and has been turning houses into homes ever since.

Wendy divides her time between Chicago and Park City with her husband and four children.
